Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our end.
If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging to qualify for review.
